By promote the principle of success to achieve sustainable success, this is to address inequality identical income to become a frequent problem which is often faced by an area. Income inequality tends to be highly  and extremely if not immediately overcome will cause unrest in society such as higher crime rates, the gap is getting worse between the rich and poor, and handling and repair which increasingly difficult with inequality which tends to be extreme.
